Turn Missed Calls Into Booked Work

Missing a call is normal when the team is on jobs. Leaving the caller without a response is the part that costs work.

A missed call still signals intent

Treat the missed call as a live opportunity. Reconnect while they still remember why they reached out, and offer a specific way to continue—not a request to repeat the entire story.

Answer when a person cannot

A voice agent can collect the reason for the call, answer approved basics, and guide the caller toward the next step before voicemail or a long hold sends them elsewhere.

Follow up with context, not a blank callback

The person calling back should know the service need, location, urgency, and what the customer already heard. For fresh online enquiries, start that follow-up while interest is still high.

Build a clear handoff for urgent and routine calls

Define what needs immediate escalation, what can be scheduled, and what must be captured before handoff. Then review calls that were missed, handled, booked, and lost.
